What is the delivery time for my order?
When you order from Eira-Dublin, the delivery time may be a bit different from what you’re used to. Since our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we save significantly on storage and shipping costs. This allows us to price our products very competitively.
The average delivery time is 5 to 12 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
What should I do if I haven’t received my order?
Due to high demand for our products, your item may arrive later than expected. We appreciate your understanding. If this period has passed and you still haven’t received anything, please email info@eira-Dublin.com. We will investigate what might have happened with your package.
I want to exchange/return my order. How do I do this?
To return an item, simply contact our customer service at info@eira-Dublin.com. Provide your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and the reason for the return. We will then give you the return address and confirm the return. After that, you can send the product back using any shipping provider you choose.
How much does it cost to return an item?
Return shipping costs are unfortunately at your own expense. The cost depends on which shipping provider you use. Please check the shipping provider’s website for more information about prices.
What are the conditions for returning my products?
There is always a 14-day return period. The return period starts the day you receive the item. However, there are some conditions for returning an item. You can only return a product if:

The product is in its original packaging and all labels are intact;

What payment methods can I use?
We accept payments via Credit Card and Paypal. If you’re unsure whether your payment method is accepted, follow the steps on the payment page to see all available options.

What do I do if I haven’t received a confirmation email for my order?
That’s not supposed to happen. Please send an email with your full name and email address to info@eira-Dublin.com. We will assist you promptly.
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order for any reason, please email info@eira-Dublin.com as soon as possible. Include your name, order number (e.g., #0000) from the confirmation email, and, if possible, the reason for cancellation.
